These terms of sale and delivery apply to the purchase of goods on MySimShop.dk for delivery in Denmark.

Freight price
We offer low shipping rates and fast delivery! The shipping price can always be seen in the shopping cart. The shipping price is primarily calculated based on weight.

We do not offer shipping abroad – including Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

Delivery
Goods are shipped through DSV. The expected delivery time is stated in the individual product description. We do not guarantee that the item will be delivered within the specified timeframe, but most in-stock items will arrive within 2-4 business days.

In the event that one or more items are on backorder, we will usually ship the remaining items immediately. MySimShop.dk is not responsible for any costs associated with delays. This also applies to backorders, misdeliveries and defective goods.
For deliveries by truck, the delivery will take place at the first door on the ground floor and the goods will not be carried up to upper floors. If you are not at home at the time of delivery by courier, an extra delivery will be charged. Delivery time is stated in business days!

If you as a customer indicate to MySimShop.dk that an order/goods may be placed without a receipt (e.g. when you are not at home), the responsibility for the goods is transferred to you as a customer at the time of delivery. MySimShop.dk cannot be held responsible for any freight damage or lost goods with this delivery method.

Reception
When you receive the item, it is important that you immediately check that it is intact. If the product is defective or if you have any other complaints, please contact us at Info@mysimshop.dk.

When the goods are received, it is important that they are immediately checked for any transport damage. Transportation damage should be reported immediately to MySimShop or the carrier. Therefore, remember to check your goods for invisible defects, as this should be reported to MySimShop.dk within 14 days. Exceeding this date may result in freight companies refusing to handle the freight damage.

14 days right of withdrawal
When you shop at MySimShop.dk, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal, where you can notify us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you have received the goods. In the case of several different items ordered in one order but delivered individually, or an item delivered in several batches, the period runs from the receipt of the last item or batch. You may only handle the goods after receipt in a way that allows you to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (as you would be able to do in a physical shop). To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in an unequivocal statement within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You cannot cancel by simply refusing acceptance without giving us clear notice.

The goods must be returned in the same condition and quantity as received, including the original product packaging. The original product packaging must be in such a condition that resale is possible, as the product packaging represents a value for the product, as the packaging contains useful information about the product’s use (as well as product data), which is necessary information for other customers in connection with resale. resale. Parcels returned as “recipient pays”, u/franco, “parcel without delivery” etc. will not be received/collected.

IMPORTANT
We expect you to ship the goods as soon as possible after you have given notice of cancellation and you must return them within 14 days of cancellation Note! We do not accept COD parcels.

You must include a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation of your purchase.

You must pay the cost of returning the goods when you cancel. Most items (0-20 kg) can be returned with PostNord, GLS and others. At Pakke.dk you can buy labels for shipping (NOTE: we have no cooperation with pakke.dk, and you are responsible for the purchase at Pakke.dk).

Repayment
When we receive the item, we will check it and if everything is in order, we will refund the amount you paid to us at the time of purchase.
This also includes any delivery costs – with the exception of partial returns. In this case, MySimShop.dk reserves the right to retain the amount, which, according to the submitted invoice, covers costs and fees.
The amount will be transferred to the same payment method you used to pay for the purchase no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your return. For example, if you paid by card, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment card you used for the purchase. The amount may be withheld until the goods have been received and inspected, or documentation has been provided that the goods have been returned. In case of reasonable suspicion, MySimShop.dk may choose to withhold the amount, even if documentation has been provided and only return the amount once the goods have been received and checked. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive shipping method than the standard shipping method are not refundable.

NOTES:
You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part (depreciation). This happens if the value of the goods has decreased because:

Complaints
Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including the defect rules. This means that you can either get a defective item, repaired, exchanged, refunded or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. The warranty period is 24 months. It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior. You must contact us within a “reasonable time” You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the goods. We recommend that you file a complaint as soon as possible and within 2 months after the defect was discovered.

If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your reasonable shipping costs for returning the item to us. If the complaint is not justified, you must pay all transportation costs, including our shipping costs for returning the goods after examination, and we may charge you an amount for examination of the goods corresponding to the actual costs. Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and get a receipt for shipment. You are responsible for the package/goods until we receive them. Therefore, save the postal receipt including information about shipping costs and a track and trace number. Note! We do not accept parcels sent COD or similar.

MySimShop.dk’s liability for damage to the buyer, his next of kin, goods, business associates, etc. is limited to circumstances due to gross negligence on the part of MySimShop.dk, as well as liability stipulated in general, mandatory compensation rules. Indirect losses and consequential damages are not covered by MySimShop.dk.

Payment and security
At MySimShop.dk you can pay with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa and Visa Electron. You can also trade with EAN numbers. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is the approved protocol used to encrypt your data. We never store or save your card details.

Payment card fees are NOT charged for private payment cards.
Payment card fees are ONLY charged for corporate cards (payment cards issued to businesses and the public sector).

The payment card fee will be calculated and applied to the order just before you are ready to pay.

All transactions are conducted in Danish kroner (DKK). The money will be deducted upon shipment.

Privacy policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:

After entering your details correctly, you will be asked to select your delivery method and payment method. You will then accept the terms and conditions and be taken to the payment page or a non-binding order confirmation if you have used account transfer or EAN number (public institutions only). On the payment page, enter your card details and the order can be completed.

Business purchases at MySimShop.dk
Orders specified with a company registration number (and) or company name on the billing address are considered business purchases/customers. For business customers, the following special conditions apply:

Right of withdrawal
For business purchases, there is no right of withdrawal for purchases on MySimShop.dk, and we reserve the right to refuse a return. However, we want to meet our customers’ needs, which is why in most cases we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on standard stock items.

For sourced goods, we will always strive to find a solution that works for the customer. However, it should be emphasized that the return of purchased goods can easily be refused. In cases where a return is accepted, a fee or discount may be applied.

It is important to note that custom-made items cannot be returned.

Right of complaint
The warranty period is 12 months from the original invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.

Freight damage
Any freight damage must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of the goods.

Freight costs for complaints
In the event of complaints, the business customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to MySimShop.dk or any subcontractor.
